Standing proudly on the tracks of his boss's new bulldozer is Brian McNally
who worked for Leathem McCombe.
A few years later Brian along with his bulldozer under instructions from Antrim
Borough Council bulldozed down Antrim Castle.

badminton player was a member of the Ulster Minor representative team which
won the inter-provincial championship that season.

and Era McQuillan in 1954. To the right of Era is a poster in the window advertising
a Dance at the Muckamore Orange Hall on Friday the 26th May 1954. Admission
Gents 2 shillings and 6 pence, Ladies 2 Shillings.
BILLY McKAVANAGH 535
This is the late Billy McKavanagh pictured with his trusty Austin Bread van
in 1938. Billy starting working for the Englis bakery in 1935,
and in those early days he used a horse and cart. Billy retired in 1970 and
took up a new career as a farmer. Born May 21, 1913 he was called home on
June 7, 1988.
